The product is ok but I had to cancel my subscription 2 times and send a nasty message, leave this review, report them to the better business bureau and call my credit card company to have them blocked. I would have bought more when I needed it but now I WILL NEVER deal with them again
I would never recommend this site to anyone. Please take your money elsewhere . I never received my package and I was never issued a refund nor any response from the seller. It also does seem I have been blocked from them as I was unable to message them anymore. Also there was no other responses when I had asked for a usps tracking number. I had ordered this package since May 22. It said delivered June 8th. Today is the the 17th that was a whole week ago. I was advised to ask a neighbor. If they really wanted to give me my package back they would have. Not only that, it’s been a whole week since being delivered I wouldn’t have waited to retrieve that package as anything could have happened to the package.
Ordered amino protein under the guise that i could consume protein without breaking my fast. Asked to cancel for a refund before my order shipped. They said no problem we've refunded you should show up in your account 10 business days from now. I've waited a month and no refund, but instead received my order than i cancelled before it ever shipped. I reached out they said keep the supplements and said ive already been refunded, but i havent seen it hit my account over the last month.
