This is my 3rd MYGA I opened through Blueprint Income and I am happy with the process.

Thanks to Patrick I was able to complete the application online. I was stuck on the beneficiary section because it asked questions that didn’t provide for choosing a charity to benefit. Your website lists Americo as offering 6 & 7 year fixed rate annuities to an 87 year old male when they only offer a 5 year term.

Opened my second Blueprint / EquiTrust MYGA and things went very well. I was able to get the application started using information from my previous application and was able to open the new account in just a few weeks.

Fast and efficient handling of my requirements

Blueprint Income made the process from evaluating annuities to completing the actual annuity agreement as seamless as possible. It took very little time and was tailored to my specific state’s requirements. I received, reviewed, and signed all documents electronically. If support is needed, they reply very quickly.

When I first started business with this company, things were great. I still like the ability they enable that I can research multiple ideas of annuities I am considering. But the issue of the web site accurately reflecting the status of my account is still as bad as it was even though I did point this out.
But things are different now. When I pointed out I had not received the policy for an annuity I have with a company they represent their attitude was poor and defensive. I still have not received the policy and I am in the process of going to my state insurance board for help. The funny thing, all the company needs to do to deliver the policy is send me a link. They say they sent a link and they acknowledge I did not use the link previously. I asked for another link over two weeks ago and still no link to download my policy.

I bought 2 jumbo annuities thru these guys…the lack of follow up and attention to details is appalling…whenever you call “operators are busy…leave a message”…i trued to find out the status of one of the actual annuity policies (policy issued 12/22) which i should have received already i was told “we’ll let you know when it gets here”…when i asked them to follow up directly with company vs just hoping for the best, pissed them off…nobody to file a complaint with at company…asked one operator about speaking to a manager about poor service “…I am a manager and director of this company…” What?? If you’re looking for at least “basic level of service and attention to details”…THIS IS NOT YOUR COMPANY…I can’t tell you if these guys are working out of some strip shopping center/warehouse…but they sure act like it
