I bought a Bluestar Paris suitcase a couple of years ago, but only used it for the first time last month. Print from the red lining came off on my clothes, so much of my holiday wardrobe couldn't be worn. Fortunately, it came out in the wash, but I have taken the suitcase to our local dump. Despite appearing to be in good condition, I couldn't possibly give it to the charity shop as someone else's holiday could be ruined. The combination lock broke on the flight home, all in all, a very bad experience. I contacted customer service to ask if they can recommend a sealant spray, but as expected, no response.
