I bought a refurbished Bluetti about 7 months ago. I had to go for a refurbished model because new models do not have a 12V 30A DC aviation outlet. I mainly use my Bluetti as the power source in my van. My lights, ceiling fan, gas heater etc. run on 12V not 24V!!!
So I hope Bluetti doesn't discontinue the aviation outlets!!!
Other than that, the customer service and build quality are very good!
Charging in below zero temperatures is not possible which is a downside and charging with one Bluetti 300W solar panel or 12V cigarette lighter plug-in from the vehicle are both very slow. Both methods literally take all day to see any charge (realistic 100W input charge).
My 2KW unit covers my power needs when van-lifeing for about 4 days off grid. Good product.

Impressed by the prompt order processing and delivery of my AC180. So far only charged it and did a quick test check. Like all the online help that Bluetti provides. Actually learned about its operation and existence from "Willey's Truck Life " on Youtube

Charged up fast and lasts all day.

I bought the apex 300 and only regret not buying the expansion battery. I had a mix-up buying cables (bought the 30 amp but actually needed the 50amp) and their customers service was great to deal with.
On the unit itself it allows me to run fridges, freezer, lights and internet without the noise of a generator. I run generator for 2 hours to charge the apex and heat house then 4 hours of quiet!

Heard about BluettiPower sale on Black Friday. Purchased a Bluetti Elite 200v + 200W Solar Kit + a Charger on Cyber Monday.
We haven’t received ours yet. Delivery January 14-25.
We previously knew of BluettiPower. My son has two Bluetti Elites.

Purchased ac50b after reading and watching many reviews. Great specifications for the price it was a no brainer purchase.

This is our second BLUETTI purchase. We had a ac200 and two battery packs set up at our lake lot, the system run all our electricity needs for two summers. We just purchased the Appex 300 and this is going in our garage. It’s a great feeling knowing that we have a good back up, if and when we will need it.
When we needed customer service (for helpful information),they responded in a couple days.

We love our Bluetti AC180. It’s perfect for our tent trailer for camping. Would highly recommend it to anyone looking at getting there first Power station.

Wil be building my campervan and was a bit lost on all the power and electrical phases... this unit will take all of the questions away... mostly plug and play, only hick is the Epanel and Epad are not wet for sale in Canada... so... Will give it time as I am only building in May... everything else went flawlessly. Thanks again Bluetti.

I purchased this unit as I experience short power outages frequently. This unit will provide phone and WiFi connectivity during these outages. It will also run a fan to disburse heat from my gas fireplace. The biggest surprise was that this unit will also support my 1200 watt kettle using it’s power boost mode so I can boil water and still have 60% battery left.

Earlier in the year (2025) I was looking into home backup power. I spent perhaps 5 months looking into all the companies making power stations and also going over reviews online. Essentially if I am honest, I got in on the Apex 300 while it was on Indiegogo and on the 20th of May I made the leap and bought it along with the B300k. Spending $2100+ US on something that could potentially be a lemon was a risk, but there was nothing out there screaming I'm so much better than everyone else.

I actually wanted to buy the Elite 200 v2. I really liked the specs in such a compact build, but when I learned it couldn't be upgradeable with battery expansion, I lost interest.

For me it was a leap of faith. I never owned a power station from Bluetti or any other company prior to this purchase. I watched many reviews on youtube. All of them seemed to just be in lock step. Then I watched a channel on YouTube that reviews all the major brands give a review of the Apex 300 about a month ago after they had previously given a review of the AC300 and AC500 which they absolutely had nothing good to say about earlier in the year. (Their reviews can't be bought.)

But their review of the Apex 300 was not tainted by their past experience with Bluetti Products, and they gave an unbiased fair review of the Apex 300, and it confirmed I made the right choice if not the lucky choice.

I have since used it during power outages and I am quite happy with the results. It powered my Magnus desk, PC, wifi, Freezer, fridge.. it powered what I needed it to power and didn't fail.

And so yesterday I made another investment and purchased the B500K battery with plans to buy another down the road for a full 15k Wh of power. Next up the solar system and panels.

It is my investment in an off grid future.

I've owned (3) power stations, solar panels and expansion batteries for camping and redundant power for power outages (keeping large fish tanks running) and can't say enough about how much I love Bluetti products.

Seamless purchase, great price and after a ton of research, we are thrilled to have gone with our Bluetti setup for our off grid home.

Bought the BLUETTI AC200L plug my travel trailer right too it. . Just make sure to turn off your converter to the battery or it will charge that as well
