We first got the EB70, loved it. AC70 came around and we got that, loved it even more. Then we up-sized to the AC200L, our power bills started to really drop and I mean drop by the $hundreds$. We use our units everyday and charge via solar, we are now saving up for the AC500. The money you save can buy more Bluetti's - it's a good investment. Would like to see a higher charge rate for solar from the 12-145voc. Apart from that, we are enjoying the journey with Bluetti.

So far so good. The item arrived very quickly and in perfect condition. So far charged it up and looking forward to using it. The purchase process on line was very simple with the website providing plenty of information about the product. Having now used for a week of camping I am very happy with the performance. I have run my fridge for an afternoon and over night and had 66% left. It handles the smaller devices admirably.

I purchased an AC200P, about 2 years ago and it works very well. So decided to go with a EP500 Pro, as a second unit for residential use, Discount price was a big factor when purchasing $1.500 off recommended purchase price. This unit is HUGE, and heavy. One annoying factor is the AC charge plug is 15 amp so house hold 10 amp sockets can not be used to charge the EP500, i have an EV and can charged in house of 10amp wall socket.Very good looking unit , hope it works as well as it looks.

I have an AC200PL which has been very useful for our camping setup to charge our electronics and run some basic kitchen appliances during camping. I have ordered the Charger 1 to go with the AC200PL.

I think it's the best product on the market it's frantic

Bluetti, is certainly the market leader, the after sales support is second to none. The equipment is so reliable and comes fully featured, my house has an AC300/4 B300 units with their own panels, so I’m immune from the weekly power outages.
I wouldn’t change this equipment for any other brand.

Purchased the AC200l and BK300K aux battery both exceptional units used it on my houseboat to power Starlink , microwave coffee maker air fryer teamed up with two 425w solar panels (950w total ) works like a treat.
now purchased Ac180 for another project if it’s anything like the others money well spent would recommend Bluetti as your first stop power shop

Got the Ac200pl. Absolutely love it being on trips with caravan. Recently purchased eb3a for smaller units and easy portability. Great products. Love them.

I've had the AC200MAX now for 3 years and have had no problems with it or the 350w solar panels. Lots of flexibility and options. Recently purchased a B300K expansion to increase storage. Bluetti seem like a more professional brand than others I looked at.

I have bought now 5 Bluetti powerstations of different power outputs. I was able to get a couple of them at a discount promotional price. I have not had any problems with any of the units and they are working well. I got them to run appliances at home (fridge, chest freezer, TV, fan) the latest models show how much you are saving in money by calculating what you pay per kW from the power companies. I can't fault the units to be honest as I have not experienced any problems with them. They have served me well.

I imported my ep500pro myself before the Australian dealer opens
I also use my ep500pro everyday and when there is not enough light and I use the grid to charge it up sometimes though only for a short time if I know the sun will be strong.
The product is extremely reliable and I love saving costs for power supply as Australian charges continues to rise.
I am now wanting to expand so I will never need the Grid ever.

I’ve been using ‘lower grade’ solar panels to charge the AC200L and getting frustrated with the (lack of) power returns. Plenty of research later and discussions with Bluetti’s Aus I decided to go with Bluetti MP200 solar panels and keep within the one ‘eco-system’. Testing will commence as soon as the panel arrives and I’ll put results in our Seagulls On The Run YouTube channel. So far I cannot fault Bluetti Team and Products , top gear and top people

From when I decided to purchase my 200max I have been very happy with the product, from home use to caravan or just around the acreage it is perfect for my needs.
After 12+ months of usage the 200Max has been my loyal and reliable partner.
I also purchased directly from Bluetti a Charger 1,DC Input cable+ other cables I required, the build and quality of the items is well quality controlled. One very happy and impressed customer.

Bought the AC180...First time use off grid with caravan,[no 240v when off grid] ... as power supplement. Hair dryer, coffee maker, all very good. 200w solar panels charged very well. Easy to carry and place. Great unit.
