So far so good. Just received my Bluetti 100b2. It arrived a day early and was charged to 30 percent. I plugged it in and it charged quickly. Time will tell.

We have a semi-remote recreation property on the side of a mountain in Montana. We are on the grid, but we are the second property from the end of the power line. So if a tree falls on the line anywhere - we tend to know about it! For various reasons, the frequency of power outages has been increasing. We evaluated our needs and decided on the Elite 400 as the best solution for us. We plug in the fridge, router and modem when we are going away and have the peace of mind that the unit will kick in right away when/if the power drops. Of course when we have an outage while we are at the property, it is right down the hall and ready to jump into action for whatever we need it to power. It has some weight to it for sure, but the telescoping handle and built in wheels make it easy to move for any of us. The ordering process with Bluetti was seamless and the unit arrived in a very short period of time.

Haven’t had a lot of interaction except for ordering. Allis ok so far.

Several weeks ago we had a live power line down. It took 12-14 hours until the lineman were able to start on repairs (26 mph winds).
I used my BLUETTI power station EB3A for the phones, iPad and smaller watt items.
I just purchased a larger power station for the refrigerator use.

This my second bluetti with the first being 5-6 years old, but it recently began to display faulty codes while using it in 12V mode. While your customer service wasn’t that great, didn’t give much information and didn’t answer all my questions, ultimately I really liked the unit I’d been using Ann’s felt that I could continue to use my solar panels from bluetti by buying another one. Untimely it was stick with what you know. I hope this one lasts longer then my precious MaxOak device.

Had An issue during the purchase process & contacted customer services & they pointed me in the correct direction for my needs..... So far so good, a review will follow in 30-60 days on my thoughts about my purchased products......

Easy process to purchase product. Looking forward to receiving it and start using it. Will write more about it once I receive it, but I'm sure it will be positive based on reviews,comments,and process of purchasing

I'm new to the power station and going off the grid life, but having a bluetti in my van leads many to believe I'm a seasoned veteran. I love this product.

I developed a problem with my B230 expansion battery about a year after purchase. After contacting them through the forum they advised me some check to preform. Upon providing them with the information they determined the unit needed to be returned, with directions on how to package and shipping instructions all covered by them. It was returned in about a week repaired. Fast service!!!!!!!!

So far so good. Will write another review once fully tested on my own.

I love my Elite 300 power station. I tried it in my RV and it ran the AC with no problem. I can’t wait to try it dry camping. I also will use it for home backups. I have lost power for 4 months in as row. 3 months 4 hours and 1 month 8 hours. I will use the 30 amp plug to run my house.

I have been a follower of "Work less Enjoy life more youtube channel and "carolyns RV Life youtube channel and both Channels have taught me good taste in an Awesome Solar Products about Bluetti Solar Stations and I had gotten so Excited 😊 about buying an Orginal Bluetti Solar Station and I have never been so happy about my Bluetti Solar Station!!!!!! 😍🤩🥰👍

Always use Bluetti daily for the last 3 years. Cant be beat

Hated it. I spent$900 bucks. This thing has no instructions. The app is worthless. The customer service will respond with very basic info 3 days later. I can use this item. It doesn't charge from other power stations. It only has 1 input. It doesn't charge off your alternator. I want a refund.
