Never got what I ordered. Sent 2 emails- no response. Don’t order anything!

Do not order from this company. They are a fraud. They take your money and don't send any product.

They are a fruad company. Do not buy from them. I ordered step stones and never received them. They do not respond to their emails. There is not number to contact them .

Scammers, be aware of this company, they take the money and never delivered the products

I would give it a zero, but it’s not a choice, ordered 2 cutting boards, and like everyone else, they will tell you it was delivered to or around a mailbox, in which we all know a cutting board will not fit into a mailbox, they said they would resend it however I never received the order, but later received 2 cheap black beaded bracelets in which I wondered where they or whom they came from!!!They never responded to any emails again! This company should be sent to the better business bureau, I hope they never prospered from their thievery!!!! You have to be a pathetic group of people, to take advantage of others for your own personal greed!

Item was deliver to wrong location. Contacted them, told me they would ship it again and never did. Now, they won’t reply to any of my contacts. This is a scam seller. Avoid at all cost!!

SCAM! I ordered a pot set and mop and received a flimsy cheap bracelet! Contacting the starts trading agency

What went wrong this time? I paid US$35 for a laundry basket that never arrived instead a mysterious bracelet arrived that I had no idea where I had come from and I thought it was a scam turned out to be my laundry basket!
How could this company improve? Sending something that you actually ordered. Please be constructive. Impossible.

Scam site! You order something and they send you a cheap plastic bracelet instead of your order so it looks like you received your order!

Nearly 2 months ago,I bought a pressure cooker from Bluetyt but I was shocked to see there was a bracelet.When I contacted them they apologized for the wrong product and reassured me that they have reshipped me the right product.

After two weeks, I again sent them email yet there is no response from them so far.

Most importantly, Bluetyt is no longer active on TikTok😕

I too received some weird little bracelet and couldn't figure out what it was or where it came from...now it makes sense...sent email about not receiving and they responded and assured me that I would be getting my order and it was reprocessed and expedited...LIES!!! LIES!!! the fact that they replied and was helpful should have been a clue!!

Scam!!!! How I wish I looked this company up first. I ordered a Paper towel Dispenser $32.97 & weeks later 3 & a half weeks later I check tracking number in email & it says "delivered in/around mail box". Now I know a box can not fit in my mail box, but I did receive a BRACELET in my mail box. Go to Post Office & they told me that the tracking number is a SCAM. Replied to Bluetyt email & they will not respond.

I would love to give 0 stars....Just like all the other comments, this is a scam. Ordered landscaping tiles and got, you guessed it, a cheap chidren's bracelet. (for the life of me, I couldn't not figure out where the bracelet came from). I did use PayPal for this purchase and when I called, they issued a credit in about 45 seconds, so must not be their first rodeo with this. BEWARE!!
