Bought a property in QLD 9 years ago.
We were premissed $490-520 rent per week 9 years ago. Our rent is currently sitting at $460pw and never made it to $490.
Purchase price was $499k, current value around $530. This property has been costing us around 1k every month [even more now], the strata fees are ridiculous at 8k a year and there is nothing in the building [not even elevator] to keep the cost that high but this is how Blue Wealth get their money.
Never again!!!! So many better opportunitities out there with much better return.

I took my first step into the investment world through Blue Wealth and it was the best thing I think I've ever done for myself to set up my future. Recently I was taken on a property tour of my first investment and the experience was incredible. I was so impressed with being able to see not only my own but other apartments, the rooftop, the finishes and to finish off the day, a beautiful surprise lunch where i was able to talk and connect with Blue Wealth employees and other clients like myself. That experience was so valuable for me.
I could not recommend this company highly enough. Actions speak louder than words and I'm soon to purchase my second property through Blue Wealth. Only provided 1 star as couldn’t select 0! 10 years after buying my property through blue wealth I’m still not able to sell without taking a massive loss. This company does not act in the best interests of the purchaser and of their methodology is all smoke and mirrors with no real evidence based outcomes aside from flukes as examples.

We recently bought our first investment property via Blue Wealth. Initial valuation and rental yield lines up with what we expected from Blue Wealth. We wouldn't have been able to do any better in selecting a property.
