what you provide is a great customer service experience, however we were let down with the outcome of our investments. I believe we were over sold the expectation for rent earnings on both accounts. This left us feeling not so confident to continue investing in Bluewealth schemes.

My experience with Blue Wealth Property has been first class.
I have been dealing with Blue Wealth Property for many years back when they were scraping a small group of people together into their offices to present their research methodology.
They have been very transparent with their processes and I have always felt that my best interests are their best interests. As such I would have no hesitation with recommending Blue Wealth Property to anyone wishing to invest in the property market.

I was first introduced to Blue Wealth Property through my financial adviser (who had vetted a handful of companies offering similar property research services and he recommended the BWP process and research methodology above all others). My objective was to purchase 2 investment properties through my Self Managed Super Fund.

I had purchased another investment property in the past, without the assistance of someone like Blue Wealth, but that entailed flying interstate, trying to determine the best areas to invest, pounding the pavement, visiting various real estate agents and inspecting numerous properties. After this time-consuming experience and second guessing the purchasing decisions made by my former partner and myself, I was very interested to see how Blue Wealth Property could assist me this time around.

In my initial meeting, I learnt all about BWP's research methodology and how they identify which properties in which cities/areas will provide the best capital growth and/or income. Before any development is recommended, BWP also researches the developer to ensure their quality of work etc. Basically, BWP had done all the hard work for me.

I simply had to determine my budget then choose from a list of recommended properties that BWP identified as being sound investments. For each property, BWP was able to show me the tailored research that had been conducted on these properties and why they were recommended. I wasn't pressured into making a quick decision. I went away and took my time pouring over floor plans etc and finally chose two off-the-plan properties that were suitable for me. One in Brisbane and one in Melbourne. I had the freedom to use my own solicitor/conveyencer but also had the option of using a company recommended by Blue Wealth.

From putting down the initial deposit, throughout the construction process and to final settlement, Blue Wealth provided me with the most wonderful support. The whole team has a fantastic attitude and everyone is a pleasure to deal with.

Using the Blue Wealth Microsite was invaluable. I could login and see my investments in one place, keep track of any construction updates and find a myriad of information and checklists relating to the settlement process.

I also attended one of BWP's seminars on the Settlement Process so I was well prepared for what I needed to do when the time arrived.

The one-day Property tours offered to BWP clients are excellent. They are not SELLING tours - they are for clients who have purchased in the city that the tour visits. I was able to meet the developer, check on building progress and see the BWP research methodology come to life as Tony and his team explained why my specific development was chosen as a good investment. I came away from the Property Tour feeling extremely confident that I had made a sound, long-term investment.

All in all, I have no regrets using Blue Wealth. The process was very easy and enjoyable. It has given me peace of mind and I have no hesitation in recommending Blue Wealth.
