Absolutely horrible experience
Absolutely horrible experience with BlueWheel. When the tariffs hit, we had to cut back expenses to realign our P&L, and pretty much every agency we were working with was supportive, letting us cancel our contract. They wished us well and told us to come back when things get better (which we absolutely would).
What did Blue Wheel do? They said we were stuck in our contract and wouldn't budge. They had zero sympathy for our position and immediately sent us to collections. Now they are threatening to sue. For how much? A measly $8k. It's honestly despicable the extent they are going through to try and collect. Contract or not, they acted cold & heartless in all of their interactions related to this. We would NEVER come back, and we would absolutely never refer them. All of our other agencies? We have happily referred them to other friends/colleagues during this time because we were so grateful for their flexibility & understanding when they let us off the hook.
Work with an agency that has an actual heart. This isn't one of them.
