Placed an order on Sept 25, received email on Sept 27, order on its way created a FedEx shipping label. Which never happened!! They took money from my charge card! I sent 4 messages that have been ignored! Buyer beware!
Finally an email from them! Big explanation, and hopefully a refund! Will let you know!
Product was great, price and shipping great but now Bluewill trying to get money from my CashApp card. Buyers beware!

I never received the item, despite FedEx saying that they left it at my door. Friday - 9-17-21
UPDATE: The replacement item arrived today, Wednesday, 9-22-21. I haven't had the opportunity to take it out of the box and try it out, but if there are any problems with it, that's on the manufacturer, not the seller. They could have easily just placed the blame on FedEx and washed their hands of it, but they chose to replace the item at no additional cost to me. In my opinion, this is exemplary service.

I ordered a keyboard and it arrived about a week later. The keyboard is amazing and there was free shipping, which made it an even better deal. I liked it so much I ordered a few extra keyboards.
