I am happy with the flowers and very angry about the cooperation and responsibility of delivery service!This is no way to run a business!I paid to this company for home delivery. They had been responsible for every stage of the order fulfillment!It was an retired lady's birthday, and she has expecting a surprise at home!But no one showed up, phoned or left flowers with the neighbors! This companie's employees and delivery couriers forced the lady to travel 5.5 km to get flowers herself. She doesn't have a car, and the bus doesn't go to the village where the bouquet was left. Horrible! Thanks to friends for their help! I will never order from this company again!

Really bad experience, I'm afraid. I placed an order for flowers to be delivered on 8 March. I specifically chose the date and put a message to be sent with flowers.
Flowers weren't delivered on time, and the message was missing anyways!! The customer support only knows too well how to deny things.

I ordered a bouquet through this shop for delivery in Berlin while I was abroad, and the entire experience was extremely disappointing.
According to the tracking information, a delivery attempt was supposedly made and marked as unsuccessful. However, the recipient was at home during the delivery window. No one rang the doorbell, no one knocked, and there was no call or message of any kind. Despite this, I received an email saying that the delivery had failed and that the bouquet had been redirected to a pickup point.
Even more concerning, the bouquet could not be collected that same day. The pickup location only received it the next day, which meant the flowers remained out of water for an extended period of time. For perishable goods such as flowers, this is clearly unacceptable.
I contacted customer support to clarify what had happened. Instead of receiving answers, I was given generic responses repeating delivery terms. These replies did not address my questions and did not explain why a delivery attempt was recorded when no actual attempt appears to have taken place.
I also asked why the recipient’s phone number is collected if it is not shared with the courier and not used for delivery contact. When I asked why this personal data is collected at all and how it is actually used, I never received a clear explanation.
After my last message, customer support simply stopped responding, which I can only assume means there was nothing further they could say about the situation.
Instead of resolving the issue, I later received an automated survey asking whether the delivery had been successful.
I order flowers online regularly and have done so in several countries. I have genuinely never experienced such a poorly handled delivery and customer service situation.
Update after the company’s response:
The store has now replied to this review, but the response is completely irrelevant to the situation described (as it was in our email conversation).
Instead of addressing the actual issue - that a delivery attempt was recorded even though the recipient was at home and no one rang the doorbell or contacted her , the company simply copied and pasted generic delivery terms.
These terms do not explain what actually happened, nor do they answer any of the questions that were repeatedly asked earlier in my correspondence with customer service. I assume because they do not have the answers.
Unfortunately, this is exactly the same behavior I experienced when communicating with their support team. My messages contained very specific questions, but the responses I received were mostly copy-paste statements repeating delivery terms that had nothing to do with the actual situation.
This response here on Trustpilot again makes it clear that my review was not properly read and that the company is simply posting standard template replies instead of addressing real problems.
Unfortunately, this only confirms the experience described above, which was awful and disrespectful

Very disappointed. Ordered flowers for a 'get well' surprise after a hospital stay. The bulbs arived covered in mold. After I complained I was told 'normal' and to wash if off! The flowers then drooped and the foliage turned yellow and brown. A very disappointing experience
I have now received this pathetic reply to my review
1. You have the photos of the bulbs as they arrived
2. I have no idea of the freshness period and don't intend look it up
I would have expected you to apologise for the state of the bouquet which was ordered as get-well gift for hospital. Instead you send a list of things I have to do with limits set.

Made flower order on the 13th Feb 2026 for it to be delivered on the 14th Feb and extra charges was made due to the next day delivered date. Flowers was not delivered until the 16 which my girlfriend rejected it due to the flowers not delivered on the timely manner. Flowers was sent back and I asked for a refund due to them not adhering to the times proposed for the delivery. They have refused to give me my refund. After them lying staying the tried delivering the flowers on the 14th and no one was there which I think is a lie because she was at home all day. And we even track the item with the number provided and the item was stand still and no attempted delivery was made. Never used them as they are a scam

I ordered flowers to be delivered on 13/02/2026. The website showed parcel being prepared by sender from 10/02/2026 to 16/02/2026. I tried contacting through email and also phone but email and phone number didn't work/ didn't exist. I sent a message on their website 16/02/2026. I checked for updates this morning and it showed parcel out for delivery so I was expecting it to be delivered. 5 minutes later receiving a email that I'll be refunded, but i never asked to be refunded. I still wanted someone to receive the flowers. The website showed delivered, but was never received. I would not recommend them to anyone.

I ordered flowers for someone for the New Year but they sent them to the Post office and mark it for self-Pickup.
Who the hell does that with FLOWERS??

1 star is too complimentary for this company. I ordered two sets of flowers on the English website for delivery in the Netherlands. Both orders were not delivered on time because the town was written in English and not Dutch. The flowers were delivered days later. If you are advertising on an English website, you should be able to comprehend a town in English (The Hague instead of Den Haag). Customer service is very poor. I would not recommend this company.
I ordered a bouquet for my mom’s birthday, I am not physically there, so I wanted to make a surprise. The flowers were delivered 3 days later than it was supposed to, and of course, they didn’t look good after several days just sitting somewhere during delivery. Customer service was not supportive asking me to send photos of the bouquet from different angles, I sent them pictures that I got from my mom on the first day of delivery. They weren’t happy with them, apparently not the right angle or something. I was very disappointed and unsatisfied. Please, save your time and money and avoid this company. It’s not worth it.

I dont recommend this company. They made the receiver go to thw post office to pick up the flowrs while they charge you for the delivery at the home address (which does not look anything like the picture).

They accepted the order to deliver the flowers to a church, but on the day of delivery said that it cannot be delivered. As if no delivery to a church is possible in Germany. The flowers were left at some kind of pick up point. I live in another country and have no friends to pick them up.
They refuse to return my money either. Terrible service

The assortment of bouquets is decently varied but nearly every bouquet gets stuffed with cheap filler flowers like Gerberas and then upcharged bc of one "expensive" flower like Lilies. And the other options are to just buy the expensive flowers by itself which isn't what people want when they search for bouquets.
I know flowers have their price as someone who works with them, but certainly not when the cheap filler flowers take away entirely from the main star.
Its all just to be able to upcharge people bc the bouquet looks "fuller".
Also the delivery is nearly always lae by at least a day. Do not even try having it delivered on a saturday, you will surely receive it on Monday the next week.
