Don't buy anything from this site !!
I thought it was a serious site when I looked for a bistro table. But I was wrong ! I have had this table for 4 months. I don’t use it very often, just to have a cup of coffee in the morning, and not every morning ... While cleaning it recently, and wearing my glasses, which I don't do systematically, I noticed that there were tiny black spots on the border.... which can’t be cleaned because it is rust. I immediately reported it to the customer service of the site along with a photo attached. It was on the 30th of December and I thought I would get no answer before January. To my great surprise, they responded very quickly, offering me 20% off the price I paid for (€178.99), for not looking at the rust and keeping the table as it is, deteriorated ! I was really shocked, to say the least, at the lack of professionalism of this site, where do you think you are ????? It is obvious that the only thing to do, which is what serious dealers do, is to change the board.The phone number absolutely does not work, but confirmation of their dizzying offer today of 20% discount, and Ad. R from customer service tells me that this is their last offer !! Don't buy anything from this site, and when you find something you like somewhere, don't do like me, look at the reviews first, this will help you avoid scammers!
NB : no negative review is allowed on their site of course !
