Poor customer service. Umbrella arrived damaged, it has been months and the promised replacement, despite many emails has failed to appear. Now going to give up. FYI. The product is not user friendly. The "slip into my bag" product weighs a lot. Too big for anything but a backpack, think twice maybe buy something much lighter, from someone with good customer service.
I love the design and robustness of my Metro umbrella, but where Blunt really excelled was repairs. While cycling the travel cord snapped, so I posted it back, they repaired it within a couple of days, and I was back to using it soon after. It’s great to see a company take sustainability seriously and support the lifetime of the umbrella with repairs.
