Blurb is my favorite place to print my books. They have a great website that's easy to use, and offer good options for paper, covers, styles, etc. Give them a try. You won't regret it.

A great experience from start to finish. Layout process was easy once I’d gotten my head around it. Far easier than struggling with Lightroom. I didn’t choose the best quality paper and so can’t really comment on the best quality available but mine results were as I expected them to be. Can’t ask for more than that really. Next time I’ll go for the lay-flat option and better quality paper. Customer service was excellent with a refreshing, no-quibble attitude. Would definitely use them again and recommend them to my friends. 👍

This company has really gone downhill. I've been using them for about 6-7 years now. Their quality and workmanship used to be good but now it's totally random. I would switch but they are integrated in my Lightroom program.
Sometimes your book comes back fine and other times not so much. I'm not talking about "user errors" like typos or low quality prints. I've had problems with smeared ink on a couple of books, creased pages and the latest is a torn binding. The thing is, you look on their website and there is nowhere to lodge a complaint. I'd just like to get a new copy of a 125.00 book that I can use.

After trying a couple other companies to print my digital scrapbooks I tried Blurb and never looked back. 10+ books later, I'm still thrilled with the quality and the customer service.

I designed my book in Adobe InDesign and I was delighted to find out that Blub had a plug-in that works seamlessly with InDesign! I moved my project into the Blurb template and it worked great. The process was easy, intuitive and fast. I received my books a whole week sooner than the estimate they gave me, and they look great!

I am happy with the quality of print and paper but so frustrated by the apparent conflict with selling through Blurb and Amazon. My book is shown as UNAVAILABLE each weekend on Amazon. Apparently the relationship between Blurb and Amazon is troublesome at best. Blurb encourages the authors to sell through Amazon on their website. My clients want the book, but sales are sketchy due to the WEEKDAYS ONLY selling. I communicated this problem with Blurb but it has not been fixed. I am considering a different mode of sales due to this ridiculous characteristic. I'd love to have someone from Blurb call me and discuss this issue over the phone. Instead, I keep getting emails that say basically, we're working on the problem. REALLY FRUSTRATING.

I always love my blurb books! Great quality and my clients are happy with them, too. Shipping is always quicker than expected and they keep me up to date on where it is in the delivery process. Thank you!

Easy to use and the books are professional looking!

After receiving the first copy of my book I made some design changes and got a second copy. Perfect, so I placed my order for several copies. Received them in a short turn-around.

The website is terrific. Easy to follow to get the job done. I wish I had a new book to have done by Blurb.

And one more thing -- Their BookWright software made is really easy to create my layout.

So far I have had two books printed and they both turned out Great. The price I feel is a little steep but in the end it's only money and the memory's are well worth it....

The Blurb program is easy to use, help is always available. When the book is printed, it is the best, and to top it all up, the speed in which the book/books arrive is absolutely brilliant! Would fully recommend using Blurb, most definitely!

Blurb books are color accurate, "lustre" paper is beautiful, and if you get to make your photobook when they are running a sale, well that's something extra special.

Hard to put into words how extraordinary the last book I made for my great nephew's First year of life turned out. I ordered all three gift books instead of waiting for one, as recommended, mainly due to the nice sale they offered and his Birthday date coming quickly. I can honestly say that the book arrived way before I expected, and it was actually more beautiful in real life than on my computer! Yes hard to believe. But it was. I went all out and used the best quality of paper and will only use it from now on. When you create such a labor of love, why not use the best? I love Blurb. There are never ever any surprises except good ones. I have been making memory books for over ten years now and will always use this company. They are the BEST!
