Honestly I was so excited about how cheap the price was in comparison to other websites, but then when it came, it was so cutely packaged and had a hand written card with freebies, so I think it's actually a smaller company and not some big corporation? Would've never expected it with the way the website is and how smooth everything went and the price point.

Excellent service. Great range of products that are priced similarly to buying from Korea however the items ship from the UK so the wait is a couple of days not weeks. Goods are packed sweetly with samples that relate to the products ordered. I will be checking Unblemish first when ordering K beauty in the future.

I LOVE this company. I love it so much. Free samples of good stuff and kind touches with hand written notes in each order, it is just not done these days. It feels very personal, supporting this amazing small company. The opposite experience to buying from Am*z*n for example. The products are flipping great too and very good prices. Everything I've bought my skin has loved and that includes the samples. This is unusual as I normally break out from everything normally and have done for years (ultra picky skin). I was kept well informed about my order, which arrived beautifully packaged, with personal touches like a flower, a name card and samples to try. The set I ordered was a really good price and I'll definitely buy from them again. Honestly, upon seeing the overwhelming amount of positive reviews, I was a little sceptical about the legitimacy of this company. However, I do confirm that Unblemish is as good as the reviews say! My order of two products arrived within 10 days, was a good price and came with a bunch of freebies and a lovely handwritten thank you note. Would definitely recommend for those looking for a UK website for East Asian skincare and makeup, as both the range and pricing of products are difficult to beat. I found out about this lovely business from a skincare group on Reddit. I made my first order for a couple of samples and quickly fell in love with the products, and the love and care that goes into the packaging. I just had my second order come through today. I am unsure of who the owner of this brand is, but I really appreciate the packaging and care that goes into each order!! It's like having a friend sending you through a parcel.
