Support small businesses! Way better customer experience than ordering from major brands
the prices are great but what made me the happiest is the time they took to make sure receiving the parcel was a good experience! They put a lot of effort into it and you can tell - the perfume they sprayed in the parcel was lovely! I got a little flower and a sticker and two samples eventhough I only bought one thing! It’s the little things that matter. And when I emailed them to check the status of my delivery they responded instantly and kindly! This is why we should support small businesses because they made my day as much as I’m sure I made theirs by placing an order!

Great customer service
Products at a good price, delivery time not as bad as you might think and the products come smelling of roses with a little thank you note too! Very customer centric and user friendly. Really happy to be a customer now and will be checking their website out more often too

It was shipped fast. Product is cheaper than other shops. The packaging was so cute and thoughtful, it had a handwritten thank you note plus they had a lot of freebies! It was such a pleasant experience.Customer service is also lovely!

Completely new to Unblemished but I will certainly be purchasing again very soon!! Arrived on time and upon opening the box I found myself looking at the most thoughtfully packaged order I've ever seen in my life! Great free samples, super cute stickers, Pukka tea bag, personalised written note and a lovely pink flower! Absolutely blown away..... prices are so competitive I'm always going to check this site before looking at my usual go to korean sites. I've been using korean skincare for over a decade now and I've sadly watched the prices go up and up since the korean skincare boom! (Thanks James Welsh & Hyram!) It's so refreshing to see a company selling the same quality products for a much lower price. Hopefully this will make other sites start to lower their prices too?! Use by dates on the products are great to so they clearly rotate their stock and aren't buying this in cheap. They are just selling these products at the price that they actually should be. A big thank you from yet another life long customer 🙏 💗
