Love this company! I made an error and even though it was late I messaged hoping they'd get it before dispatch. But the item was dispatched before they had seen the message. Anyway ... I get a message back in the same hour. They had seen my message, rummaged through the post bags and got my package back out and rectified MY error!!! You don't get better service than that! Thank you so much!!!! Oh!!! And the fabric was gorgeous too 😍😁

Even though it was half term and I had been alerted to the fact that the parcel wouldn’t be dispatched for a few days, the company went above and beyond to ensure that I received it at the earliest opportunity. They also arranged delivery by a trustworthy courier after I had alerted them to our past problems with Royal Mail. I love the personal touch in their communications and shall definitely be ordering from them again

Such a lovely shop! Kathi offered very prompt, helpful and friendly support. Fabric was dispatched within an hour and arrived two days later! Very pleased with the order - the shop's fabric selection is brilliant, and Kathi has taken the time to write a sweet note with it. Can't recommend Blyth and Bonnie enough!!
