I cannot recommend this company highly enough. I spoke with Harry at around 8:30 pm on a Friday night of a bank holiday weekend as we needed an ambulance in an emergency to get my disabled Grandmother down the stairs from her flat and up to Kings College Hospital because her son, my uncle, Who is quite seriously ill himself, had a fall and required surgery. We simply had to get my Nan to the hospital to see him in case he died. Harry, was kind compassionate helpful and Went above and beyond to get the ambulance sorted to take my Nan to see her son. I’m happy to say that he made it through surgery and he’s doing okay, but I have to single out Harry and James Who did a fabulous job, my Nan said they were lovely, my mum met them at the hospital as she was already there with my Uncle (her brother) and also said they were absolutely brilliant. In an extremely high emotional, and an anxious situation for my family, they were a calm and efficient presence.

Whilst this Services is not cheap, for the compassion and caring they took of my Nan and the speed with which they mobilised… It was worth every single penny.

Thank you, once again, to Harry and James for a wonderful service.

We booked BM at short notice to transfer my elderly mother-in-law to a care home. As well as being communicative and helpful during the booking process, the team that arrived were punctual, efficient and very caring to all the family throughout the process.

BM Ambulance came to our rescue at a very distressing time for our family and repatriated our son back to the UK from France following a mental health crisis. There are no words to describe how grateful we are that they were able to step in and help, we will never forget their professionalism, care, compassion and support for our family at one of the worst times in our life.

I cannot thank BM Ambulance services enough!! Absolutely outstanding service from start to finish! Thanks to all of you for making a very stressful time so much easier. Our Paramedics, Toby and Chris were amazing! They went above and beyond to ensure my unwell, bedbound Nanna was comfortable and well cared for on the long journey from the Republic of Ireland to England. They really are a credit to themselves and the company! They made the impossible happen, we got the best Christmas present ever, our precious Nanna reunited safe and sound with her family! Thankyou so much! You have granted her last wish, we are so grateful for everything!

This is the second time I have used BM Ambulance Service for my FREC 3 course and I simply would not go anywhere else. The trainers are extremely well versed in their field and I had absolute confidence in their ability to teach. They have a great approach to teaching whereby learning in the classroom is fun and not just death by PowerPoint. I especially enjoyed the practical side of training, which put everything into perspective and allowed me to put the taught skills into a somewhat real life scenario. Kevin was the trainer for my Sept 2023 course and they couldn’t have picked a nicer bloke to teach us. His knowledge, passion and fun, yet professional approach to teaching made learning a delight rather than a chore. He was always there to support us and would go above and beyond to make sure we were all hitting the standard required to pass.

In conclusion, this is best FREC 3 course in the South East and I couldn’t recommend the team and company highly enough. I will continue to use this company for my medical training throughout my career and would always steer others to do the same.
