Poor Support and Refund Process – A Frustrating Experience

I had a terrible experience with **BMFHost** and want to warn others before choosing them for their hosting needs.

1. **Unreliable Support**:
When my server went down, I waited for over 24 hours for a response, which is unacceptable when dealing with critical hosting services. I even questioned whether the company was operated by a single individual due to the delay and lack of urgency.

2. **Server Issues and Security Concerns**:
The hosting service flagged my IP for supposed malicious activities (port scanning/SSH attempts), yet my server was behind a reverse proxy, and my IP wasn’t publicly exposed. I raised concerns about a potential compromise or misconfiguration on their end, but no clear explanation or evidence was provided.

3. **Refund Process Nightmare**:
I requested a refund for the unused months of service, and while the support agent promised a cryptocurrency refund, it took weeks with no resolution. Each response felt like a delay tactic, wasting my time further.

4. **Poor Communication**:
Throughout the process, communication was sparse and lacked clarity. Instead of addressing issues promptly, they dragged their feet, leaving me frustrated and without a reliable service.

While the server quality itself might have been decent, the **support is shockingly poor**, and the refund process is unnecessarily complicated. This company wastes your time and does not prioritize customer satisfaction. I’ve since moved to a better hosting provider and strongly advise others to avoid BMFHost if you value reliability, support, and peace of mind.
