I'd give it zero if it let me. I've left a review on Google bm store with pics, todays date, because there is no account for b&m flowers. Shame I can not upload pics here to show you why you need to stay away

Rubbish and poor customer service

Ordered my 82 year old Mother a large bouquet as we couldn't get to see her on Mother's day. When we visited several days after, we were disgusted with the quality. They looked nothing like the picture and we had paid extra for large. Miraculously my Mother (without realising) had managed to take a picture of the flowers. Although she thought she hadn't and wouldn't have managed to send it to us anyway b and m were unwilling to do anything despite the fact they were nothing like the flowers we ordered. They first asked for a dated picture (within 3 days of delivery) and when we provided that a week or so after then asked for a birds eye view (which clearly wasn't possible). Terrible customer service and would never use them again. Hope we help someone else to avoid the same experience.

Very disappointing experience

Very disappointing experience. I ordered a £30 bouquet expecting it to look beautiful when delivered, but several flower heads had already broken off and the bouquet looked poor on arrival.

When I contacted customer service with photos, they refused to acknowledge the issue and instead told me to unwrap the flowers, follow the care guide, wait three days and send more photos. That completely defeats the purpose of sending flowers as a gift — they should look fresh and impressive at the point of delivery, not days later.

What makes it more frustrating is that another bouquet sent to my mum from the same company looked great, so the quality is clearly inconsistent. The lack of accountability and poor customer service was the most disappointing part of the experience.

I would not recommend ordering based on this experience.

Caution! If you are unhappy, make sure you ask them to collect and replace the flowers or you will be unable to claim back on your card

I ordered the flowers for my sister's 60th birthday. Next day delivery was great, but when they arrived the flowers were dead.

Contacted them immediately and send photographs of the flowers but was told that I should wait 2 days as the flowers may open in water.

After 2 days, sent more photographs and was then told there was nothing more they could do and no refund would be offered.

Despite continual challenge they advised that I needed to raise a dispute with my credit card provider. This is the catch here, as when I spoke to my card provider they said that unless I request the firm recollect the flowers and replace then they couldn't process a claim for a refund. So, a cautionary note for all - if you are unhappy make sure that in writing you request that they collect and replace the flowers or you will be left footing the bill for something unacceptable.

Avoid B&M Flowers!!! You gave beeen warned##…

Ordered flowers on 10th to arrive on designated day Friday 13th, Royal mail failed to deliver, ruined our valentines day as I work on 14th, will never ever use online flowers by B&M again, absolutely useless, will stick to buying in shop or local florist.

Mostly missing and half dead

The flowers that I thought I were purchasing and the flowers my mum received were two very different bunches. The flowers she got I wouldn't have paid £3 for, let alone £20. Do not waste your money with this company.

Order elsewhere

I ordered a bouquet and paid ten pounds extra to make it a large. It still only had one lily in it. I emailed the company to ask about this & they said it was the right size and didn’t answer my question.

I won’t be reordering.

Very disappointed with the quality of the bouquet I ordered. I paid extra for the ‘medium’ bunch but what turned up (a gift for a bereavement) was sparse and inadequate for the price I paid.
I complained directly to the company but apparently the florist manager has said they’re adequate - not sure who’d admit their work was poor quality but there we go. No attempt to rectify the issue and told me to follow the flower care instructions. Poor service, poor quality - won’t be ordering again and wouldn’t recommend. Save yourself £25 and go to Lidls and get a better bunch for £3.
2 stars because flowers arrived and they did respond to my complaint (though not a satisfactory outcome)

The one star is for delivering on the correct day. Bought for my daughter and son in laws silver wedding anniversary. I paid for the large bouquet plus a card came to just over £47. The photo my daughter sent me was no way a large bouquet the box they came in was ripped and very wet. They arrived on the Monday my daughter threw them away on the Sunday. People should know their complaints should be made 3 days after delivery and have a date stamped photo. I wish I had read all of the reviews because I would not have used b and m flowers. And I never will again. You need to get your act together or just stop doing flower deliveries. I did have a response from their customers service but the replies were not satisfactory.

Wish I had read the trust pilot reviews. I paid for a large bouquet and would have paid maximum £6.99 from my local supermarket. Understandably delivery is included in the price, but I was very embarrassed when I saw the bunch that had been received. I contacted B&M chat who advised the right amount of stems were received and nothing could be done about it. Advise you not to waste your money.

Not as advertised - buy elsewhere

Wish I had taken the time to see these reviews before buying a larger size bouquet of flowers. As has previously been said, such a small bunch of flowers for what I was expecting - and paid for. These were a birthday present to my sister and I was at her house then the flowers were delivered. So disappointing and so embarrassing! Nothing like the photographs advertised so perhaps one for Trading Standards.

ALSO - still waiting for a response from 'Customer Services'. My email has not been acknowledged - no response since last Thursday and it is now Wednesday. I don't know who B&M outsource their flower delivery service to, but whoever they are, they are pretty dismal and unlikely to survive in this market with the cr*p flower arrangements they are sending out. I'll come back to this review if I ever receive a response (I'm not betting on it).

Honestly the worst bunch of flowers

Honestly the worst bunch of flowers. Paid £25 (extra for a larger bunch) only to receive a tiny bunch.Customer service is shocking and apparently their florist manager said they were fine! No sense of listening to their customers. Honestly I would avoid at all costs and would never order from here again. If I could’ve left zero stars I would’ve done but that option wasn’t available. Don’t waste your money. You could get a much better bunch from your local supermarket.

I ordered flowers for a 60th birthday and they were delivered 1/2 dead! I paid £21 for that pathetic bunch of flowers. This company should not be allowed to continue their operation, as they are misrepresenting the flowers they are actually sending. I complained and the florist manager advised to feed the flowers and they will bloom within 3 days. Never heard this in my life, buy dead flowers and revive them over the following couple of days. Think twice before wasting your money with this company. Poor customer service and very poor flower quality. I bought another bunch from Asda today for 1/2 the price and they were fresh and beautiful. This flower company will ruin the B&M brand.
