Easy to find what we required, ordered a shed. Great price especially with the extra discount available. Great delivery date available. Confirmation email required within
seconds of the order being placed. Can't comment on the shed as we haven't received it yet. All Round good experience

I found it far easier to order some fence panels and posts on the B&M site than any others. Also I checked prices and B&M were competitive. Free delivery made it worthwhile.

Absolute rubbish, very poor quality timber, most pieces warped and bent, full of knots, had to buy additional timber to complete. Instructions next to useless, best to throw them away and build it your way. Don't purchase from Forest it's just a waste of money. B & M should consider using a different supplier.

*Update: they have now assured me I will be refunded.

I had a terrible experience with B&M. I was incorrectly charged £24.99 for delivery, even though their website and postcode checker confirmed that delivery should be free. When I raised this with customer service, they kept changing their reasoning—first claiming my postcode required a charge, then saying I had selected next-day delivery (which wasn’t even an option at checkout). After multiple emails, they simply stopped responding and refused to issue a refund.

To make matters worse, when my order finally arrived, one of the fence panels was broken. Given their lack of communication about the delivery charge, I have no confidence they will resolve this issue either.

I would not recommend ordering from this company due to their misleading pricing, poor customer service, and lack of accountability.

I will now begin the process of reporting the company to Trading Standards and the ASA as well as requesting a chargeback. All completely unnecessary had they just worked with me to resolve the situation.

6x4 Forest 4 Life double door, apex wooden shed

This shed is very poor quality, the feather board sides are very flimsy.
We viewed sheds in multiple locations, including our local B&M and this shed no where near the quality of those.
We believe this shed is extremely over priced and for the number of faults.
We shouldn’t have to buy further timber to make it safe and secure.
The hardware hinges etc, are poor quality and have had to be replaced as not safe enough to lock gardening equipment in.
We are extremely disappointed in this product.

Avoid this company.

Shed very poor quality, not worth £100.00 let alone £500.00 . It cost us double the of our builder to secure shed . This product it definitely not fit for purpose don’t buy.

Bought a 10 x 15 shed. Worst quality I have ever known. All needed additional strengthening. Not enough felt to cover roof, also very thin. Delivery planned, cancelled that morning. DONT waste your money.

I think the mark of a company that I want to deal with is not a business that gets it right perfectly every time (although that is obviously nice) but a company that goes above and beyond when things don't go right. My experience of BM Garden Buildings was just that. I would recommend them to everyone. Oh and BTW, the actual sheds you buy are almost exclusively built by the same manufacturer no matter which retailer you use!

I bought 10 garden panels for £ 54 and the quality was poor... I asked for a refund and unfortunately no one can give me my money back because every time I ask if the money has been sent, I hear the answer that they did not receive confirmation from an intermediary called Forest.. The whole procedure has been going on for a month now, I warn you against forest panels

Bought 4 fence panels from Bmgardenbuildings (actually supplied by Forest Garden), delivery was on time, fence panels are really good quality. Really pleased with the purchase.

They have totally disregarded the fact that the summerhouse I bought from their site lets in water.
Don't buy any big price items from here.
