Thanks to him we were able to secure a good deal on a mortgage. He was very thorough with his work, quick at replying to emails and showed lots of dedication often working out of hours.
He was very quick at making assessments of suitable products and options available for us to consider and choose from. Alongside this he also helped arrange a solicitor to carry out the legal proceedings and we completed within a tight timeline. I would stongly recommend Oliver and will go back to him when its time to renew my mortgage!

Darren the director of Bright Money and his team solve problems period and deliver! They don’t just provide mortgage solutions… they always add value on what they do. Darren and his team understands the complications of being a landlord and developing/building properties to sell etc… they always customise the mortgages/mortgage lender to the property depending on it’s development, fix and challenges to make it so. Again they solve problems or issues which is what one needs period taking the pressure off, as the checks and other requirements are tougher now than before. Factually Bright Money literally enhanced my property portfolio growth, plus we pulled to buy more and other remortgages due during covid when it was the toughest time to do it. And the brilliant solutions we concluded on be I decided on it at the end but it was always pushed through swiftly with added value… always… never disappointing! Never! So everything clicks in on time. I also like the way the Director Darren treat and genuinely motivates his staff not just “PC” hence greater better work impact and this tells me a lot truth be told and it is shows by the teams deliverables which is bang on pretty much all the time and I am critical… so factual.

I would recommend them on any commercial or residential mortgages buying or selling to buy more etc…. They are your one stop shop for your property solutions period.

We received an absolutely first class service from Clementine. She was extremely responsive and professional, and she presented innovative options that really worked for us. We tried our very best to be awkward by changing our minds a few times(!), but she remained patient and un-phased.

He was also patient while I took 6 months to find a property - and was then really reactive and responsive when I needed to move fast and put in an offer.
