The quality and functionality of the radio I received was amazing. It looks like it just came from the factory and the bluetooth ans dashboard integrated microphone looks and works perfectly in my 1989 bmw E30. This radio is beyond my expectations.

Secondly, the customer service experience has been phenomenal. Radio was shipped out within a couple of hours and communication was very fast and effective. Received the radio within 2 days and was able to install it easily with the clear instructions and videos provided.

Bought my radio approximately 5 days ago, and it's already here and installed! Shipping was fast and updates were provided throughout via the tracking #. It looks great, works great, and was very easy to install. It was sent with a mounting bracket so the radio sits flush, and there's the option for a microphone to provide full bluetooth capabilities during phone calls. If you want to have bluetooth and keep the OEM look, this is 100% the way to go.

Ivari was both proffessional and caring to me as a customer. Attention to detail was paramount, like the bracket that allows the radio to be flush mounted to my 1982 635CSi's dash, or the microphone slot that perfectly mimics the factory texture.

Also of note was the short time it took for him to reply to my (numerous, sorry Ivari:)) ) questions, both before, and also after the sale when I lost my code.

Overall a great experience, I really recommend him if you want ti yank that awful 2000s flashy lighty cd player, and put something that really sends you back.

Bought 1 radio and 2 seperate services and was always helped quickly. Very helpful when i needed help.

I had a beat-up radio unit with a broken display, bent/broken pins, missing volume-/power button, you name it....

I mainly wanted the display fixed and the missing button back, but got interested with the concept of replacing the AM-radio functionality with bluetooth.

Upon receiving the unit back, I could not believe my eyes, the unit was like new! Bmw Radios even fixed some other minor things as a kind gesture and without any extra cost. Also, the sound-quality and the overall experience with the bluetooth is really impressive!

Could not ask for more regarding a service. A+ experience, through and through. VERY highly recommended!

I sent my Bavaria C Business RDS to him! It had some defects including FM tuner was off, one button damaged and problems with cassette player, also I didn't couldn't get code anywhere. He fixed it, installed Bluetooth for AM side, rca outputs, gave me new code for radio, adjusted fm tuner, repaired one button and also I can operate Bluetooth with radio buttons ( answer calls, decline calls, change songs) 👍😊🙏

The service was great with steady updates and always enthusiastic! Now that I have received the radio I can only say that it is better than I expected, sound is clear, connection is dead simple and there's no delay!
