SCAM ALERT!!!!!!!! STAY AWAY!!!! You will thank me later!!!!
I purchased a manual which is not working properly as the kinks supplied does not work, eg the torque settings cannot be displayed and to strip parts to get to the intended part can also not bee seen due to the link that does not work. I emailed you multiple times expressing my disappointment and requested a refund but you just ignore my mails and do not reply.

This manual was just what I needed to gain information on my car and allow me to repair her. When there was a slight issue, customer service was there to answer my inquiry and solved the issue at hand. Thank you. Don

Placed an order for Service and repair manual for 2023 BMW M3 G80 Xdrive. I got all the required documents and details. The only issue is that you get multiple files instead of one file with a PDF navigation which will be more user friendly.

In addition, the file got deleted later in my PC by mistake. So I emailed them with my purchase order number and they sent me a link to download the documents.

The guys are very friendly and helpful. All information is there , just wishing if the documents were in one PDF file .

They were very helpful in finding specific reference materials.

The web site was rather difficult to navigate and there were no valid contact emails or phone numbers on the site that worked for me. I had a question that I would have liked to have answered before I purchased. The downloaded manual itself is difficult to follow as I believe it is geared to a training structure BMW uses to train their techs. Without that context, it is slow and tedious to use (lots of tool numbers used, many caution flags, and just seems very fragmented). It does seem to cover everything.
