I have paid online, got email for the order and got charged as well but there is "NO" FSC code. I have tried all the ways to reach out to them (chat, ticket, email) but no response at all which proves they don't care about the service as they got my money already. I will dispute the transaction with credit card company to get the refund but it's too much of pain. There are better places to buy from even if it's bit more.

very bad compagny, cannot reach them, order the 2021 map, the link they provide didn't work, they give me another link file downloaded is broken cannot extract it, now they don't want to refund me pretexting it's my internet connection, i'll file a complain to my credit card compagny to get a refund, don't buy from them it's a scam

Not fit for purpose. After carrying out regular updates the system does not recognise numerous UK destinations and gets confused constantly.
BMW have made a very poor attempt at creating their own system which simply cannot be relied upon, i have to regularly revert to using my phone for directions.

I ordered a map update on Sunday. Received download link on Monday. Activation code some hours later as I had forgotten to include my VIN.

Ordered an FSC code from them for updating my maps and never received it. Waiting over a week now and no code. Their telephone number doesn't work and I've attempted to contact them via Skype, Email and their Facebook account and never receive a reply. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!!!! Absolutely disgusted!

Update arrived promptly and with clear installation instructions. Update successful 1st time. Impressed.

I have bought an update and am waiting for the 2017-2 update but it has not been sent after more than 2 months despite repeated emails and attempts to use their online support. It now seems impossible to contact them. I'm not sure if they exist any more.

Ordered my Navigation disk online been 5 weeks, Still no disks
tried to reach them through help desk - go a email tell me to be patient
waited another week still no disks -asked them to call me no call

I bought the upgrade for my Mini Navigator (CIC) once Antony answered all my questions. No matter what questions you have, he will quickly answer you.

UpDate Motion 2016/1 is ok, without problems. I am satisfied with it.

Updated to Road Map Europe PREMIUM WEST 2016-1 without problems. The first issue I have experienced In the End is that the Version is not shown at all. I hope that I won't get other serious issues in time of driving.

Needed map update… hadn't a clue how to do but helped from start to finish in no time *****.

I placed the order and made online payment on a saturday evening, expecting I would be served when week starts on monday, but to my surprise within few minutes i received the code via email, it worked like a treat!!
