Bought over $1000 worth of parts and i was treated to poor packing, poor customer service and when I attempted to return these parts I was further treated to a shockingly high "restocking fee" of 30% (THIRTY PERCENT)! I would avoid BMW Northwest for parts as there are far better BMW parts suppliers with far more generous return policies.
