ATA has informed me of everything and went to great heights to help me with my enquiries about my gastric sleeve surgery

I would like to leave a review for ceyhun, this man has went above and beyond throughout my journey he’s been there no matter what time I messaged he would get straight back to me. He made me very comfortable and relaxed when I was nervous he was really good at reassuring me I would be ok which was a big factor as I was so nervous. After my surgery he’s kept in contact to see how I was and if I had any questions 5* for this man very helpful and polite and he’s sent over my discharge letters also in English which I needed very quickly.

Iv had Ata as my coordinator and I can’t fault him. His communication is excellent and informative. Answers all questions in good time. Has helped with the translator while payment was being made. A real credit to the company and highly recommended:)

Wonderful experience from start to finish. My coordinator was called ceyhun. He was very kind and understanding from the beginning and worked with me to find the hospital and surgeon that I wanted. Everything went smoothly and I am now recovering well. Would fully recommend this company I couldn’t be any happier with their service

Buse Dindar has been really helpful since day one, from inquiries to booking. She has made the process easier for me. Buse was amazing from start to finish, so helpful and responsive. No question was left unanswered.
Buse even came to see me at the hospital, to give me a cuddle. As I was on my own this was much needed!

I would like to thank Ceyhun and Selina for organizing my stay in Turkey, transfer from the airport and return. Very caring and recommendable. The gastric sleeve surgery took place at Baypark hospital. I can happily recommend it to anyone interested. The doctor who operated on me, Zafer Cenk Koyuncu, is incredibly trustworthy and caring. Thank you for everything and if anyone is wondering, I recommend it with all my heart

Communication from the first enquiry was brill, every question answered, traveled alone, but was happy to do so, once at the hospital for pre op tests you soon bond with other patients,
Tests were very quick and thankfully all was good with mine, be assured if there are any problems then your consultant will talk through them with you, an even refuse surgery if deemed necessary due to any pre op finds,
Operation went well, although my blood pressure did creep up staff were on it, monitoring and gave medication to help,
Transfers to the hotel and airport were all communicated well via WhatsApp, overall a no problem trip for myself,
My coordinator Buse was always at the end of the phone even if it was just via WhatsApp, very helpful.

Many thanks to Buse Dindar for her attention, for her help, from day zero she was very attentive in the trip, transportation, Hotel, Hospital, helping me in every detail of everything, very professional, me and my daughters. very grateful, in general all team very professional

I cannot comment on my experience on surgery as I did not go through with the process. My review is based on the interaction between me and my co-ordinator. Initially very responsive and answered my questions in a timely manner. Once my deposit was paid it seems like there was a complete difference in the level of service. I was waiting weeks for questions to be answered or being completely ignored.
I did ask for a refund as I wasn't comfortable with the service. I recieved a response pretty quickly and was advised that they don't refund. I spoke to someone else either asking for a refund or a change in co-ordinator but this was ignored. They advised they have spoken to my co-ordinator about my concerns, but this really didn't change anything. By this point I was uncomfortable proceeding with this co-ordinator and felt like a change wasn't going to happen that I withdraw my service. They never responded.

I am envious of the experiences other people have had from their co-ordinator but I'm warning people that I didn't experience any of this with mine.

I never received a refund. I asked for the terms and conditions to just verify this but this was IGNORED. I never received anything. Really do your research because I fell into the trap of believing I am being supported through this process but forgotten about once they received my money.
