My experience with TNT has not ended 2 weeks after receiving the merchandise because they made customs declaration wrong.
I was attracted by the fantastic catalog's amplitude and how efficient and easy is to order.
But from ordering onwards they have an enormous opportunity to improve.

Hi Juan. I'm sorry you haven't had a great experience - Apologies that your emails weren't replied too and I'll feedback this to our team.
I would like to clarify that you ordered on Saturday 4th September and the belts were made and despatched from us on Wednesday 8th September. Given that we state up to 5 working days for delivery, and that these were also shipped to Spain, we would expect delivery to be at the top end of this timeline, and I can see that the goods were delivered on 14th September, slightly over what we expect.
Given the current issues with international and cross-border deliveries, we do not offer an expedited delivery option / alternative courier as our experience is that it is becoming increasingly difficult to maintain these timelines without affecting customer expectation.
We will take your feedback on board and thank you for your custom.

An excellent service & support
An excellent service and great technical support in quest to repurchase a machine to become a professional standard sanding bed that required a unique tailored belt at 2780mm mm x 460 mm.
I immediately felt at ease and assured by the knowledge of the team in my endeavours.. Postal,price and quality of the join and belt were astounding. Highly recommended and thankyou very very much BnD.

I had a bamboo floor to remove stubborn coating back to virgin timber, nothing would touch it however BND was appointed by Norton abrasives to supply a sanding disc that couldn't fail and it did the job well
