Thought I'd be able to actually get a good pull off of the cfc lite. Charged as soon as I got it to the max. Tried it, barley hits. Get tiny puffs even off the highest temp setting. Very very disappointed.

The customer service and 3 year warranty is great!. If it's damaged or becomes defective in that 3 year window they will replace it. I'm a happy and loyal customer. The Terp Pen XL is the best vape pen I have ever tried and have found nothing that compares to the quality and taste it provides when it comes to cannabis concentrates.

Not bad for on-the-go, but does not replace nectar collector
The purchase, shipping and delivery processes were great. The product itself is pretty good for mobile dabs. My biggest complaint is not being able to get more than a few good rips before battery needs recharged. It is what it is. Worth $60 if 2 or 3 good hits is what you're looking for.
