Took my money for a pre order for one piece op-17 in June waited all the way to release date for the to be sent a refund absolute p take if I knew this was going to happen i would have shopped else were. Be careful pre ordering

I’m really sorry this happened and completely understand the disappointment, particularly with such a highly anticipated release.
When I opened preorders for OP-17, I had been given a small allocation of stock by my supplier.
Unfortunately, I was later told this was no longer available and my allocation was ultimately cancelled. As soon as I knew I wouldn’t receive the stock, I immediately fully refunded all affected customers and emailed to explain and apologise.
I run Boardgamist myself and would never knowingly take preorders for stock I didn’t expect to receive.
I also reached out to you personally to explain all of the above.
I’m genuinely sorry this left you with a poor impression of my business.
