Order never received, AVOID

Order ID : 3277-1770067796-[BoardssukSupplier]

Ordered an Original and new CD print tray DVD print tray for Epson Stylus Photo RX640 RX680 RX685 printer as the one I had been watching on UK eBay got removed. Google search landed me on Boardss and this was the only on-line shop that stated it had one. Placed order on 2nd Feb 2026 and paid £10.47 + shipping £5.00 Total £15.47. Never received item as of 20th April 2026. I should have known better by the out of date html website design.

I tried using their Contact Form on their website as advised by PayPal but when I press the submit button I get a "Email Error: Could not instantiate mail function. Please check Admin->Configuration->Email Options->Email Transport."

Don't do business with.

You should note that this is one of two web sites for this company and although ths one has a uk address, it is Chinese just like the other. Ordered a board and received one that was used and did not work. Had a hard time trying to get a return approval and when I did return, never received a refund. Crooked Chinese.
