I recently went here to buy a new set up - board, boots and bindings. And honestly I couldn’t have been more impressed! They were so so helpful, so knowledgeable and really took time to make sure I bought the right boots and board for me. I was there a couple of hours! Couldn’t recommend enough!
Online purchasing is very misleading as products advertised can be purchased, confirmed as purchased but then after buying the item you will be notified its actually not in stock. Poor customer service simply saying this happens as they get busy and even state how they dont stock all items advertised. If this is the case surely it should be advertised as can be ordered or not in stock rather than taking the money for an item that does not exist.
We were incredibly lucky - all staff esp Doug (who was our expert today) He took us through all possible options and for the various options of windsurfing kit. Choosing what was appropriate for level of ability and possible places to surf. Type of surf and what were the most important factors. He was conscious to our budget and when I win the lottery or even if I don’t. We will be back for this helpful, proactive guidance. Thanks 🤩

I don't usually do shop reviews as I really hate shopping, normally if you can't get it online I'm not interested!
However, these guys are so good it had to be done. Very patient helping me pick the right step on snowboard boots (3 visits!), They imparted loads of knowledge about boot sizes, fit, features while trying on different styles and sizes to demonstrate differences. Also talked loads about bindings and boards. Will absolutely be back to get my board. If you want board gear go here!

A great company to deal with. The buying process was smooth and my product was dispatched promptly.
Even more impressive was that I had an earlier telephone conversation with the company to ask some questions about the product I was looking to purchase. I mentioned that I would be ordering an XXL size for my partner. I placed my order via the website and received an email from the company not much later to say I had placed my order as Small size and was that correct? It wasn’t correct, I had accidentally selected small as the size. When I called them to correct it, Doug had taken the initiative to already ship the XXL to me as he knew I needed it to be delivered for Friday ☺️ Brilliant customer service, thanks, Doug!
Very impressed with Boardwise. I wasn't sure at first as they only had 2 reviews so I phoned up and spoke to Doug who helped reassure me. Ordered at 4:52pm monday, got an email at 10:52am tuesday to say it had been sent and arrived wednesday so very happy with delivery and the whole service. Highly efficient company. thanks Doug :)
When you have a defective item that’s only 1 month old, still in guarantee period and prove defects with photographs, Boardwise ask that you post back item before issuing a replacement. Great customer service. No use of a £500 SUP for at least a week and out of pocket on postage. No wonder people buy from Amazon.
We all know that ordering online can bring problems. but I would have no hesitation in ordering from this company, or recommending them. I ordered 4 items, on receipt 2 fitted perfectly, 2 were too small. I returned the 2 items and received the refund in my bank account within 2 days of them receiving them (traced date on tracking). That's what I call customer service. Perhaps other companies could take note.
