Ordered wrong item and asked to cancell straight away but got no response until it is shipped and i have to pay shipping cost(which is more than cost for product) to do a refund.

Don't trust their website or in-storage dates.
I was tricked by seeing the "Klik for at se lagerstatus", on the product which is intentionally in green colour, which indicates availability.
But when you click on it, it reveals the real in-storage date, which is weeks delayed..
The boating seasons in Denmark is very short, getting the parts on time is super important, but they literally don't understand that, and it makes sense because the original company is called Carlab, there is no company called Boatlab, that's just a website..
They are purely money driven, NOTHING to do with customer service and experience!
