Have ordered twice now, the smaller pots of boba in mango and strawberry flavour, and they are lovely. Generally arrive quickly, taste amazing and I'll be doing another order soon.

The product is amazing! I ordered some for my children’s 7th birthday party and they were loving all of the flavours we bought! I even took some for myself and the other mums and dads and we used some in some interesting drinks. Will definitely buy this product again! Thank you

Absolutely disgusting customer services. The business owner themselves spoke to me like nothing because I ordered four boxes and only two with in the box they sent and they have the cheek to say I’m ripping them off. AVOID BUYING FROM THIS COMPANY BECAUSE IF YOUR ORDER GOES WRONG BE PREPARED FOR ABUSING INSULTS AND NO HELP. I wish I could upload the photos I’ve taken of the conversation and how they spoke to me but unfortunately I can’t upload them. When checking the two boxes I had some of the product was expired and the boba was damaged so overall an absolute SCAMMING company who have tried to rip me off nearly £100 worth of products so now it’s the headache of taking this legally. Please avoid buying from them. They will rip you off.

Didn’t receive the package in December, the seller never reached out to me to resend or resolve the issue.

5 months later I’ve had to take it into Amazon’s amazing customer service teams hand for them to intervene and get my my money back as this seller only offered me a half refund, I didn’t receive half a parcel so why would I want half the money?

This was LITERALLY the WORST experience I have had buying any product from anywhere.. I placed an order 6th of December 2024, from Dublin, with an expected date of arrival set for 14th-19th Dec.. agreed it’s Christmas period, so delivery might be longer than normal, I was prepared for that. This is a January 22 and it’s still not here, contacted the seller and he basically called me stupid and to not bother him and contact the Irish postal services. Meanwhile Etsy had to make the refund, and not them. If I could upload pictures, I would have uploaded the entire conversation between the seller and I.

I have figured they probably have a bunch of fake reviews online to attract buyers, and then they deceive the unsuspecting buyers from outside Uk, and then deliver poorly.

I advice anyone outside the Uk, and tbh anyone in the Uk to not buy from this shop. Plenty of other great places to check out.

Seller is very rude, doesn’t have any customer service at all. doesn’t know how to speak to a customer. your parcel goes missing, turns up broken or anything wrong with it don’t tel them because they won’t care. they get your money and they ain’t interested after that.
they reply to reviews and say they have proof it was handed over when no one was in our home. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY! YOU WILL BE WASTING MONEY PAY THE EXTRA AND GET IT OFF A COMPANY THAT KNOW HOW TO SPEAK TO CUSTOMERS PROPERLY WITHOUT BEING RUDE AND STUCK UP!

Ordered the 12-pack for a bday party for my 12-yr old daughter. Quick delivery, well written instructions on how to make it. Kids loved it - tastes just like the ones you can buy in a bubble tea place at much lower price per drink. Would definitely recommend!

Very fast process from ordering to delivery it was only a few days and I live in the west coast of Scotland.

Great quality products. I ordered popping boba, boba syrups and powders. All were very good - mango and honeydew melon are our favourites. Delivery was faster than expected and shipping costs are very reasonable. Packaging is really good too. Very impressed and will definitely be buying again.
