I’ve had a great experience with their products and customer service! I’ve tried taro, matcha, jasmine, and love the matcha one the best. I really appreciate that they’re low sugar and don’t taste bad. I drink them primarily with whole milk.
Their website is terrible, does not have a good login system when you are making the account so if your password is put in wrong it can be an error. There's no cancellation button or return button for your order so you have to contact them directly. On top of this, they do not even allow for your money back if you cancel your order right after you make the purchase. As for the product, I am not sure completely if it is good, but I know that it is overpriced for the amount they give. With this said, I expect all of these website problems to be not here if your selling your product at such a price. This website needs to be revamped and seems very much like an amateurs efforts. Needs lots of work. I dont normally write reviews, but my overall experience has made choose to do this with how unhappy I am. I will fix this if anything changes in the future. UPDATE: they allowed me for the cancellation and had very little resistance and just allowed it for me. Thanks. So I will change my rating.
