Bobblehead craft did an excellent job on the piece I ordered for Fathers Day. They were great about sending proofs of the work in progress and making adjustments. I am very happy with the end result, and my husband was over the moon with the piece. Give yourself enough lead time as it is a creative process and real artists are making the pieces. It's delightful in a world of 3D printing that real artists are making these by hand!

DO NOT BUY! They sent me a proof, I requested changes, and they just sent me the same thing which looks NOTHING like my parents. Ruined the anniversary gift. Terrible back and forth communication to get it resolved and they are being difficult about a refund. SCAM!!!!

We are thankful for the special care that was taken to get our order as accurate as possible. We appreciated the excellent communication during the creative part of our Bobblehead...Bravo to the details the artist put into our order! The gift they we gave to our friend absolutely loved it!

Not only did the bobble head look incredibly like my son, the customer service was incredible as well. My son was very happy with his gift and was very impressed with the details in creating his “likeness.” I will certainly be ordering again in the very near future. Amazing hand carved bobble head!

I got exactly what I expected. The work that was completed by a simple photograph was amazing. I got this for a rivalry team neighbor for his 78th birthday. I was blown away how accurate they got it to skin tone, glasses, hair (both facial and head). The man started tearing up. That wasn’t my expected reaction, but he was simply blown away by having his very own look a like bobble head in his home state jersey. Thank you all. You made me happy along with my neighbor. Oh and the packing of the bobble head, packed like it was headed through an Amazon off road contest. Safe and secure.

I ordered the bobble head in recognition of my twin brother’s 80th birthday. He was a dentist so thought it fitting for him to be wearing his white coat and holding onto a set of dentures! What a great likeness of him! He loved it!!

This was a custom order that the company did not complete as requested. When I reached out about concerns with the product, they refused to offer any refund or remake. Customer support appears to be automated and possibly handled overseas, which made getting a real resolution nearly impossible. Buyer beware.

It’s very helpful when they send a picture of the head to be approved I didn’t really like the first one then the second one was way closer then with some small changes the last one came out perfect

Wow! Weather delays, but still received the Bobble Head right in time for birthday dinner for the recipient! To say that he was happily surprised and loved it is an understatement! The Bobble Head craftsmanship yielded a beautifully sculpted product specifically inline with my requests. Communication with the company excellent with timely responses .
