Very satisfied with the experience

I ordered four glass plaques for awards. The ordering process was easy. Two days after my order, the team sent me the prototypes in a pdf, and I provided them feedback. They immediately made the changes and sent me updated prototypes. As soon as I gave them the confirmation, Boccale shipped the plaques out very quickly.

Overall, I am very happy with the process, how responsive Koen and his team were and the plaques I received. Great quality as a fair price. I will order again with them.
