Just received my order of “Celebration

ordered 3 bottles of suntan cream only 2 arrived.
getting in touch with this company is almost impossible
no phone contact only email and they dont respond been waiting 4 weeks for reply customer service is very poor.

Having read the reviews after I made a purchase, I wasn't expecting much but I was proved wrong! My parcel from Body360 arrived perfectly wrapped within 2 days of ordering... great service👌🏼

Absolutely horrendous ‘company’

They don’t pick up the phone and take forever to reply to your emails.

They sent me the wrong item and it has taken weeks to resolve. Do not buy from them- a complete waste of my valuable time. I now need to source the item elsewhere as they will not be sending the correct item. Thankfully I have got my money back but communicating has been like pulling teeth.

Complete scammers do not order from this so called company items never arrive then they send blank emails when you ask for a refund total joke of a company. Run by absolute morons with no education

An awful experience! i have ordered the tanning lotion on Tuesday with 48hrs delivery! I only got it next Wednesday a week later and they sent me the wrong item! No one ever answers phone calls and take a day to reply to the emails!
You pay your money they send you a totally different item and you are stuck with it‼️ STAY AWAY from this company‼️

Awful experience. I ordered what was advertised on the website as “available” tea tree hot wax. No email confirmation so I had to follow up, over a week or later I received wax that was the incorrect wax. It was original instead of tea tree.. I emailed and they apologised. Whilst trying to sort a re delivery of the correct item it would take Monir up to 2 days to reply..?! This went on for a MONTH. In the end they realised that wax I wanted was discontinued and they would refund me. How the hell does it take a month from somebody’s purchase to sort this out. Why does it take over 48 hours to reply to a simple message when you’ve already replied that day? I asked for a couple of extra bags of wax for the inconvenience and she said no! So in the meantime, I lost clients because I didn’t have the wax I ordered a month prior and then the stock was discontinued! How does nobody know this!!!!! Ridiculous. In the end I asked for them to just send the original flavour as I was sick and tired of dealing with it and just wanted wax.
I don’t recommend using this company AT ALL. Also when you call the number nobody answers.

AVOID at all costs. Same experience as other buyers. Totally wrong order received. They didn't respond to emails or phone messages until I contacted PayPal. Returned the order for a refund and they then said they'd never received it, even with a received signature. Had to create a case through PayPal to get a refund. Wish I'd read these reviews before placing my order. Will never deal with this company again.

I do a lot of online buying and have NEVER come across such fraud! They should be arrested for theft !!!

Ordered some curlers and paid £10 for ‘special delivery’. These never arrived. This company doesn’t reply to their web chats and both phone line numbers go to a voicemail. Luckily I paid through PayPal so I was able to open a claim to which the company gave me a full refund within a day. So thankful! I will defo stick to websites I know in future!! Don’t buy from here please!!!

Same experience as other buyers - order not received 10 days after they said it had been dispatched. I raised a dispute with Paypal and fortunately for me, my payment was refunded.

this company is a joke sent out order with 2 items missing - no response from customer service via email and answer phone on the customer services line!

Item did not arrive after 2 weeks opened an eBay case so seller sent an empty envelope recorded delivery so would get a delivery confirmation from Royal Mail so eBay closes the case they are just scammers

What a shower of s**t this so called company is. Placed an order on the 27th of June for items desperately needed for the 30th of June. Emailed them stating if the items were not to arrive in time, I would need to cancel and travel into town to collect them. Their email response was "item despatched" As everyone else has stated, no items arrived. No response to emails or phone calls for over a week. It has taken a dispute with PayPal to get a refund from these muppets. I'm highly surprised PayPal are even supporting payments for these jokers with all these bad reviews. If you love stress and writing emails, go ahead and order from these clowns. If you've got any sense, don't bother.

I placed an order then paid extra for the order to be delivered quickly. A week later and I'm still waiting for the order. No response from them on emails sent and no answer at their listed phone number. Appalling and unprofessional is all I can say.
