I had canceled my auto pay for Liposomal Phospholipid Complex. They sent an order anyway, even after asking them to not send the order. I had cancelled due to the strong order on the pills. In addition the pills also have different shades of color. I let them sit out and they still smell bad. When I switched to Thorne, they work so much better! Also the pills don't smell of chemicals!

I created an order for BodyBio PC-Liquid-8oz but I neglected to fill out my Profile. Now the company says they do not have information on the subscription for this product which is expensive. I contacted them by phone, by chat and by email but continued to get the product. I tried to fax the information to them but their fax number did not work. I finally had to cancel through Paypal.

I have ordered twice some months apart and each time the order arrived fast with no problem. I forgot I had subscribed to an item and got an invoice for it today saying it was in despatch. I emailed to try to cancel it not expecting success, especially as it was a Sunday. Within a few hours I got an email back saying the item was cancelled and the money returned. Pretty good I thought.

I've been a customer of Body Bio products for over 23 years. I used to purchase in bulk from a wholesale distributor but I stopped doing that when the granddaughter and husband took over the company. I am very disappointed in the quality of not only some of the products themselves but the instability of the packing of some of the products. For example, I just purchased a new batch of the Cal/Mag Butyrate and it seems there is no viability to the product. I found one of my original purchases from 20 years ago and it was still very powerful and I could immediately feel its effects. Even after 20 years it still had that same characterizing odor of butyric acid. This new purchase has no odor and I feel no viability . There is "no there there".

The bottle arrived with no sign of a seal. I queried to Customer Services who said the seal would have been broken at the time of opening the bottle. It seemed loosely done up when I undid it for the first time and as such shall not be using it. I went back to Customer Services with this 10 days ago now and have had no response. I have ordered from 'Elete' instead and am very very happy with the purchase from there.

Liquid range is excellent, although a larger bottle of Electrolytes would be better. Swift delivery and very well packaged. Potassium and Magnesium liquids have helped with leg cramps during a keto diet. Sadly I had a 15% voucher I was unable to use due to their website being offline to be upgraded.
