I haven’t been able to communicate with them. I haven’t received my tracking number for my package.

I made my purchase in APRIL payment went through. Several weeks later I got a email that my order shipped. Tracking was unavailable up until 2. Weeks ago. Took over a month to receive. I emailed them twice for tracking updates with no response.

I bought T3 a month ago. I got a tracking number that isn’t valid and no one replies to emails.

Never ordered from them but just wanted to put a note do not and mean do not order from a site called real gear also comes up as home of roads as they robbed me of £30 pound order just some test had to pay buy bot xoin first time and they said our delivery takes a week which I thought was strange only paying buy bank transfer next time anyway just to let any know and they are cons underneath real gear comes up as home of roads. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM- THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY AND NOT SEND ANY PRODUCT. This is a second review from the one placed on March 8th 2022. Here is there email to me. STATING THEY CAN NO LONGER HELP ME. Get my money back, or get the product that i paid for. All of the Reviews are made up by people that work there.

Got mine after 3 weeks and it was totally worth the wait.

This site and company has the absolute worst customer service. Why? Because the customer service doesn't exist. I placed an order through their website two weeks ago and paid for expedited shipping and my order has still not been fulfilled. I contacted customer service through email and their so called live chat and never got any response back. I called and was on hold for 2 hours before I hung up out of pure frustration. I have yet to hear from them so if you enjoy donating money by all means go ahead and shop with them because that's exactly what you'll be doing giving away your money.
