First order, not delivered as Evri raised a return to the company for reasons unknown. I was not at any time made aware of this until I emailed and only then was the refund issued.

So benefit of the doubt, re-ordered.

Evri tracking system had it as sat in a depot for over a week, numerous emails to company that went unanswered.

Evri was as helpful as they could be but in the end said it “was lost in the system”.

More emails to Bodybuilding Warehouse, again….nothing.

They did refund the money, no explanation, no apology.

Communication is key to everything. I will not use any company that uses Evri after this, and I most certainly would not recommend this company purely on the grounds of customer interaction and support.

Thieves ...took my money and never sent the product ordered ....straight scam

Poor delivery and very reluctant to refund or even respond to my complaint despite stating it is my consumer rights

Ordered weeks ago with next day delivery, nothing shipped, can't get through on the phone and ignoring e-mails. Still advertising on all their social media as if they are operating as normal though.

Had to dispute the charge with my bank who also haven't had any response.

Avoid.

DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!! I bought from here 1 week ago and paid for next day delivery … i have still not received it. I’ve sent numerous emails and tried calling and no response…. Bandits! Thieves for taking money and not supplying. No customer service whatsoever! Avoid at all costs!!!

No reply to emails and the contact number just goes to a queue that ends up disconnecting.

Placed my first order with BBW and cane damaged, powder everywhere! Have called over 40 times (no exaggeration) with not one answer… I’ve also emailed several times again no response! My first and LAST ever order with these. Customer service is beyond shocking! I should have listened to the reviews first 🤷‍♂️

Twice orderered a 4kg tub of protein powder, both arrived split and powder everywhere in packaging.
Sent photos immediately and emailed several times, no response whatsoever. Just like everyone else who tries to contact them.
It's disgusting how they supply damaged products not fit for purpose but they don't feel they have to rectify it?
Perhaps a civil claims application will do it.
Avoid, and please use a professional company instead.

I have been a member of bodybuilding Warehouse for approximately 12 months and in that time have received pretty good service. However, I recently received an email instructing me to upgrade my existing account which I did but now I have noticed that £10 credit on my old account has now been removed plus I recently paid for free delivery and now that has been removed as well.
I have contacted bodybuilding Warehouse by email several times and tried calling several times but they just don't answer so from my perspective they have gone from hero to zero in the space of four weeks. I would not recommend bodybuilding Warehouse to anyone since they have upgraded their website and I am now looking for a new supplements supplier

Not sure whats happened since i last used the company? Used to be my go to brand for supplements but been out of training for 2 years due to some issues, but back in the gym now and naturally went to order my usual performance whey protein from BBW yet cant seem to find anything I used to buy on the the website... Apart from that the service is quick and customer service is always good! I'll still use them but just have to find a alternative protein powder.

Used to be very good a few years ago but not anymore. I go elsewhere now as they are a nightmare to deal with and the service is very poor.

Non delivery and no answer to emails inquiries

Honestly, don't bother, go elsewhere. Order came through fine, not like for some other people, had Pure Di-Creatine Malate in my order, and my God this thing is disgusting, it tastes super sour, makes your teeth feel funny afterwards, doesn't mix very well, and is super grainy. Tried to mix it with the protein i ordered, and i had to chuck it, as it turn protein super sour, and it went all gassy, so made me feel a bit sick after 2 sips ! Also protein they sell, most of it doesn't even have % of the whey it contains, and one that i ordered turns out to be soy protein instead of whey, like it said on the website. So yeah, people, don't bother and go elsewhere ! Contacted their customer service 4-5 days ago still no response !
Could add reviews to their actual products on their own website, and wish i checked trust pilot before placing an order ! And it used to be a good company from my experience...

Really not happy so far. NO FAULT OF BODYBUILDING WAREHOUSE, but please change your courier, they left the parcel outside the house . My sister was in at the time and didn’t hear any knock at the door I did tell her it would be today so she kept an eye out . Parcel was shown to be left behind the bin but its visible to other houses from this angle. Easily stolen! Was not there when I checked the tracking. Very disappointed as I needed this as soon as due to me and my bro bodybuilding. Will be contacting for a resolution. Half of the time Hermes takes a picture and takes the parcel themselves -.-

I have been waiting for the replacement item nearly one month, until now I have not received it.
I sent an email to get a refund but no answer.
Don't waste your time with this company, find somewhere more trustworthy.
I strongly don't recommend.

If I could give no stars I would. Ordered one item for my son about two years ago and they have bombarded me with texts ever since at all hours of the day and night. I follow the instructions to BLOCK but they are ignored. I have emailed them and instructed them to stop and have written them a letter stating that they are breaching GDPR. But still they carry on. It is harassment.

Account doesn't log you in. No one ever answers the phone.
