Their customer service is excellent! They are quick at responding and go above and beyond to help answer questions. The actual platform is fantastic, too! I love that I can customize the chart to match my brand and create downloads. Those have been so helpful to my clients!

I am so grateful for the call that I had with Viktorija. I had some areas of concern as I was designing my bodygraph and I was able to get all the advice and support that I needed. Viktorija has so much wisdom and many skills.

I booked a free onboarding call with Viktorija, and she was fantastic! She took the time not only to explain how the system(s) work, but also to pause to make sure I understood. In her follow-up email, she included several helpful links with step-by-step instructions to get everything up and running.
I had a hiccup integrating a specific aspect of my email sequence. I emailed her back, explaining the situation and asking if she could help. She did more than help! Not only did she troubleshoot the problem, but she fixed it without me asking her to. Saved me a lot of time and headaches!

The bodygraphchart.com team consistently exceeds my expectations. They are beyond helpful. During my last issue, Viktorija recorded a Loom video walking me through everything I needed to update. The chart lookup tool and report features have saved me many hours of manual work and are such a value add for my client.

Nicole is great - so helpful. Everything was clear. I also get a recording of the call, so I didn't have to rush with notes - beyond helpful.

The ability to customize my branding for my client Human Design reports, create and upload the titles in our own report language and create charts for my own website that are on brand has been so easy.

I have been working on rebranding and relaunching on a new web platform (going to Kajabi from Wix) and bodygraph.com has made the integration into Kajabi very easy. The bodygraph.com features and embedding process are SUPER EASY to upload in real time!

I can not say enough how amazing the support is. If it is onboarding or support responses, they has made the process and system very easy to follow. Even when the issues were because of something I did on my end, they were patient and very quick to respond with resolutions. I have not had to reach out often, but when I have had to their support has been amazing.

I'm new to Bodygraph and am still getting to know the software, but the onboarding and tech support has been outstanding so far! It was lovely to have a 1:1 onboarding call with Viktorija, who was so warm and welcoming, and I appreciate all of the materials she sent me after the call, which were tailored to my needs based on what we discussed. A couple of days ago, I had a technical issue that arose when I connected Bodygraph to my email service, and she got back to me the same day with how to fix my issue. That is extraordinary service, especially in this day and age. It gives me a lot of comfort to know that if I have any issues or questions, the Bodygraph team is there to support me.

The bodygraph software is fantastic and easy to use, I was not aware about all the exciting business options it provides when I decided to give it a try. The tech support is exceptional - I guess Vitoria never sleeps.

This platform has been the most helpful tech to build my business around - it's simple, straightforward, and easy to navigate even with a small learning curve. I confirm what already said from all the other reviewers...only the best with Bodygraph. Support in a very short time and assistance often given with a tailored explanatory video. Viktorija Is special and soooo present...the 1-1 call felt natural, like we knew each other from "Forever" and was very enrichening. I Hope to soon be able to apply all the informations and use all the tools that are available.
