Very bad experience. I bought online an SOS bracelet for my old mom. It stopped working after 1 (ONE) day. It took 1 week to arrive, I sent it back for replacement, it took 3 days for them to confirm parcel was arrived, and after 1 more week they still have to check it before replace/refund. And I also have been told that they have "30 days by law to process it". For a safety SOS device. DON'T TRUST THEM!
