Worst helpline service

Honestly the worst helpline service. We ordered a massage gun from this store, and the charger didn’t work. I called countless times last week, and every time they took my details promising a callback—but no one ever called back. You can’t speak to anyone directly, and they are very rude over the phone.

Nothing has been resolved even after more than two weeks of trying to get in touch. I strongly do not recommend this store.

Poor Customer Service

Contacted Body Massage Shop looking to order a Teeter Inversion Table. Wanted to talk to somebody in the sales team but ‘no one was available’. Called 5 times in total over 2 days. No one who answered the phone seemed to know what they were doing ? Long silences on the phone. They seemed surprised that a customer was phoning and didn’t know what to do !? Normally getting through to the sales team of a shop is the easiest thing in the world. I asked if I could talk to a manager or owner of the business - but I was told there was no one there. I was left having no confidence with this company and decided to take my custom elsewhere.

Best customer service ever

If I could give higher than a 5star I would. I ordered the affinity massage bed in January 2022. It has been the best bed I've ever had. Every single client comments on how comfy it is and how big the bed is especially the face hole. I had a small problem with a cable and contacted the customer service team asking if I could get a replacement cable. I was then offered a brand new bed so that they could take the old one away to have a look at the cable. I dealt with Jamie from start to finish and the service he provided was outstanding. He kept me in the loop from start to finish and arranged everything around my schedule. Other companies could learn a lot from how this company treats their customers. I recommended this company before because of the bed but even more so now after my customer service experience. Thank you Jamie, the company is very lucky to have you.

Happy with Ordering and Delivery

Ordered an Affinity folding stool. Stool arrived via DPD within 48 hours in perfect condition. I can't comment on customer service as there's been no need to contact them, but I am totally happy with the order process and delivery .
