I have ordered from them a number of time and each time I hope that they will read my instructions. Plus I email them to let them know I sent and order and to please see the instructions. No. They never do. I keep telling them the Shaft is too long. They don’t adjust it. How hard is it to read the instructions on an order.

Wouldn’t go anywhere else!
This is a bout my 5th order of nose studs and I wouldn’t go anywhere else. The fact you can specify the size exactly really works for me as standard sized nose studs don’t seem to fit as well (I may have a slightly small nose). Love them!
