BodyShotz are a total game changer.
I have been taking BodyShotz now everyday for over a year, and I honestly couldn’t be without them now. I was struggling with bad joint pain in my knees and I’m 62 so I wasn’t too surprised. Within a month or so of taking this everyday my joint pain had practically gone. I stopped taking them for a month once and my joints started to ache… so back on them and haven’t looked back. Totally worth the money and to be honest I wouldn’t think twice about spending £40 on takeaways in the month so it’s a matter of perspective to be honest.

These sachets are great
These sachets are great, something that actually does what it says, within days my joints felt better, I am going through menopause at the moment and have bad knees, shoulders and hips, but definitely seen a big improvement and would certainly recommend. My only downside is I'm not a fan of the taste, but that can be solved by adding it to juice or having something after and that's just down to personal taste.

Old but fit!
I am 72 and my passion is traditional karate. We need good mobility and to be able to make strong, fast movements at any age, but at my age things are not so easy. Bodyshotz got rid of the lower back and joint pain I used to get after very hard training. Bodyshotz helped, and still helps. me to continue to train at the highest level and to be able to take part in the High Intensity Interval Training that we do to help us stay sharp fit. Fantastic product…. Helped recovery from knee surgery
I’ve been taking Bodyshotz for about 12 months now and the results are absolutely fantastic. I injured my knee through a training accident and had to undergo meniscus knee surgery. The supplement has aided me through my rehabilitation and I do not believe the recovery would have been as successful had I not been taking Bodyshotz.

No more knee pain!
I started karate training a little over a year ago and had to wear knee braces for persistent aches and pain following previous knee injuries. Since taking Bodyshotz I’ve been able to ditch the knee braces and now train 3-4 times a week with no pain in my joints. The drinks taste good and customer service has been excellent. Can 100% recommend.
