Don't buy it !!!!
I paid and ordered it. I didn't receive it and when I emailed I was told there was an address issue. The address was correct. I pointed this out and received no further contact. Several emails sent and I requested refund. Of course no response.
Buy at your own risk !!

Complete rip off! Don't buy from this company. Took me over a month to get it and it fell apart on its first use. I read on their website AFTER I ordered it that they don't issue refunds- I should have known!

One star is the only thing I could give to do a review. This company is a total rip off!!!!! Customer service horrific. I was issued a refund. I have emailed twice to receive it and they only send a generic email that their staff is reviewing request. DON'T BUY FROM THEM!! The product shipped from a slow boar from China too!

I continue to email the company, and they continue to ignore my email. On September 6, 2020, I was told via Bodytrainerx that I will receive my refund, but as of this date; they have still failed to refund my money.

They are scammers to some, and maybe not to others. I just want my refund as promise.

These are scammers. I’ve been trying to get my money for almost two months, which they told me they would refund. I reached out to them numerous times inquiring about my refund, but my emails are ignored. All I want is my money for a product that doesn’t work for me because I’m too tall for this item.

Scammers they are, but you do reap what you sow.

I didn’t have a problem getting the product in time, and so far it works great! I’m sure the foam will not last super long. But it does give a good arm workout!

Total Scam! do not waste your money. product is cheaply made foam and rope at least. I purchased in June in which I received product that was already broken / foot strap. You can not reach anyone to discuss so i filed a dispute with my CC to no avail I am still dealing with this situation to refund my money; funny thing is they refuses to accept their product back. Don't waste a dime on this product.

I purchased this item as a gift.
My friend phoned me to share their experience of using it. Following are the things my friend shared:
1. The instructor in not speaking in English.
How ridiculous!
2. She doesn’t give the person time to transition from one exercise to another.
3. Expressed that she is a poor instructor, and has no clue how to instruct someone in using this item.
I don’t as a rule do reviews, but I am so disappointed to give such a poor gift to a friend!

This is a total scam!! I purchased the product about a month ago and still have not received my equipment and when I try to call customer service all I get is a busy signal and now I’m trying to get my money back through email is the only point of contact. I’m getting the run around and they say there is no information on me or that I ever purchased anything. I am in the process of trying to figure out where I can report this to or file a complaint.

If I could do negative, I would. This company takes your money but you never get the order. It comes from China. Don’t fall for it!

I'm very skeptical when it comes to purchasing online. This company has been very professional and with a great customer service. I wish every company out there on facebook was as good as this.
