I was a bit hesitant to order seeing some of the other reviews talking about false stock or getting items in a different colour from what they ordered.

I was ordering a limited edition that was sold out everywhere else, so decided to contact them before ordering through the contact form on their website. I think I got a reply only a few hours later or the next day. They confirmed the stock, shipped it fast, provided a tracking number and the item arrived one day earlier than the estimated date.

So great experience in my case. May be worth contacting them beforehand to double check stock.

No reply to messages, no updates. They took my money, the goods were supposedly "in stock" and would have shipped within 2 days as stated in their website, which means their actual stock is a lie.

First they told me the order has been shipped, then suddenly cancelled due to items not being in stock?

If there was a problem, the customer should have been informed, especially if your actual stock is not reflecting what you ACTUALLY HAVE IN STOCK.

Fortunately, after numerous emails, I have been fully refunded, but I will never buy from this shop again. It's all a waste of time and effort.

I recommend buying ELSEWHERE. There are a lot of other stationery shops in the Netherlands who actually show their REAL stock and will REPLY to the customers.
