Noraly has an international wide audience and I would have loved to get the hardcopy book, but unfortunately the website did not allow me to pick any international destination for shipping hence I opted for the ebook.
The second challenge was that I placed the order on the 23rd of May and was only sent a download link on the 11th of June, not sure why the delay.
